• Platform: AIMOCK.IN website, applications, and services
• User: Any student, candidate, or individual accessing the Platform
• Client / Institution: Universities, colleges, corporates using AIMOCK.IN
• Services: AI-based mock interviews, assessments, proctoring, analytics, and reports

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older, unless explicitly authorized by an institution
• Users must provide accurate and complete information
• Institutions are responsible for obtaining required consents from their users

3. Account Registration & Access

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation

4. Use of Services

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Not engage in cheating, impersonation, or misuse
• Not attempt to bypass security, proctoring, or AI detection systems
• Comply with institutional guidelines and assessment rules

5. AI, Proctoring & Monitoring

• AIMOCK.IN uses AI-based analysis, recording, and monitoring tools
• Audio, video, screen, and behavioral data may be captured
• AI indicators (AI usage, plagiarism, similarity) are probabilistic, not definitive proof
• Human review may be applied where required

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, software, algorithms, and reports are the intellectual property of BVS INFOTECH
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

7. User Content

• Users retain ownership of their content
• Users grant BVS INFOTECH a limited license to process content for service delivery
• Institutions may access user content as part of assessments

8. Fees & Payments (For Clients)

• Fees are governed by separate commercial agreements
• Payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Taxes are applicable as per law

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Statement
• BVS INFOTECH acts as a Data Processor; institutions act as Data Controllers
• Users can exercise data rights as described in the Privacy Policy

10. Data Retention

• Data is retained only for the period defined by the Client or a maximum of 90 days
• Secure deletion or anonymization follows retention expiry

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse, fraud, or security threats are detected
• Required by law or institutional request

12. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis
• We do not guarantee outcomes, placement, or performance results
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

13. Indemnification

Users and Clients agree to indemnify BVS INFOTECH against claims arising from misuse, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

• The platform may integrate third-party tools
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
